Review requests

More reviews, asked for properly, from the customers who were already happy.

Reviews are the difference between two businesses that look the same on a map. Almost every owner knows this and almost nobody asks, because asking feels awkward and because the moment to ask passes within about a day.

This is for you if

  • You do good work and have far fewer reviews than you deserve
  • You ask sometimes, when you remember, which is not a system
  • A competitor with worse work has three times your review count

It is not for you if

  • You have a service problem right now, because this will surface it faster and louder

What it actually includes

Every line below is work that gets done, not a category. Where a term is unavoidable it is explained on the spot.

01

The ask, sent at the right moment

A short text goes out shortly after the job is done, while the customer still feels the relief of it being handled. Timing matters more than wording. The same message a week later performs a fraction as well.

02

One tap to the review box

The link goes straight to the box with the stars already showing, not to your listing where they have to hunt. Every extra tap costs you roughly half the people, which is why generic requests fail.

03

Unhappy customers routed to you first

The message asks how it went before it asks for a review. Anyone unhappy reaches you privately instead of the public listing. This is not review gating, they can still review you publicly and we never block that. It just means you hear about a problem in time to fix it.

04

Responses written for you

Every review answered, including the bad ones, in your voice. A calm reply under a one star review does more for the reader than the star rating does, and Google counts responses as activity.

How it runs

Cancel any month, start to finish. You get the fixed number before any of it begins.

  1. Setup Message written in your voice, link built, and the sending method wired to how you actually work.
  2. Ongoing Requests go out automatically. Responses drafted and sent for you.
  3. Monthly Reviews gained, rating trend, and anything a customer said that you should know.

What you end up with

What this does not cover

Writing fake reviews or incentivising them. Both are against Google policy, both are detectable, and the penalty lands on you rather than on us.

Questions people actually ask

Is filtering unhappy customers allowed?

Asking how it went before asking for a review is fine. Blocking someone from reviewing you is not, and we do not do it. Anyone can still leave whatever they like.

What if I get a bad review anyway?

You will eventually, and it matters far less than owners fear. A perfect five with forty reviews reads as suspicious. A 4.7 with a well handled complaint reads as real.

Not sure this is the right tier?

Run the free inspection. It takes about 30 seconds, needs no email, and it is what the recommendation is built from. If a cheaper tier will do, we will tell you that.
