Who we build for

Websites for law firms in BC

A law firm site has one job that overrides every other: convince somebody in a bad week that calling you is safe.

What goes wrong on these sites.

01

The phone number is treated as an afterthought

Somebody who has just been in a collision is not filling in a contact form on a cracked phone screen. The number has to be tappable and visible without scrolling, on every page.

02

Practice areas are written for other lawyers

People do not search for what you call the work. They search for what happened to them. The page has to use their words and answer the question they actually typed.

03

No fee explanation anywhere

The single biggest reason people do not call is that they assume they cannot afford it. If the work is contingency, say so where they can see it, not on a separate page.

04

Reviews are nowhere on the site

Your Google reviews are doing the persuading and most firm sites never show them. That is free trust being left on the table.

We have built and rebuilt a number of injury and family firm sites, including multi-language versions where the client base needed it.

Questions we get from this industry.

What do law firm websites most often get wrong?

They describe the firm instead of the problem. Somebody searching after a car accident is frightened and looking for the next step, not a history of the practice. The pages that generate calls open with the reader's situation and what happens next.

Do we need a page for every practice area?

If you want enquiries in that area, yes. One services page listing eight areas ranks for none of them. Separate pages, each written for the person with that specific problem, is how the enquiries actually arrive.

Can the site say we are the best firm in the city?

Law society marketing rules restrict superlative claims and they differ by province, so that wording is a risk worth avoiding. It is also unnecessary. Case results, years in practice and real client reviews do the same persuading without the compliance exposure.

See what yours is doing wrong.

We build for law firms across BC, the Greater Toronto Area and the rest of Canada. Two ways in: a quick onsite audit in 30 seconds with no email required, or a handwritten audit back to you within 48 hours. Both are free and both are yours to keep.
