Full rebuild, any number of pages
Structure designed from what your customers actually search for and call about, rather than inherited from whatever the old menu happened to be. Page count is set by the work, not by a package tier.

Nothing worth keeping. New structure, new everything, built from zero.
Sometimes the honest answer is that there is nothing underneath worth saving. The platform is abandoned, the copy describes a business you no longer run, and every fix would be propping up something that should come down. This is the rebuild with no inherited compromises.
This is for you if
It is not for you if
Every line below is work that gets done, not a category. Where a term is unavoidable it is explained on the spot.
Structure designed from what your customers actually search for and call about, rather than inherited from whatever the old menu happened to be. Page count is set by the work, not by a package tier.
The words written from an interview with you, so the site sounds like the person who answers the phone. For photography you get either a shot list you can hand to anyone with a decent camera, or we arrange the shoot. Stock photography of a stranger in a hard hat is not a plan.
Area pages generated from one system, so every town you serve gets a genuine page written for that town rather than the same paragraph with the name swapped. Google is good at spotting the second kind. Structured data, listing and internal linking are designed in from the first page rather than retrofitted at the end.
This tier is the only one without a fixed number attached, because the range is genuinely wide. A five page trades site and a forty page multi-location firm are different jobs. You get the number in writing after the inspection and before anything starts, same as every other tier.
Priced after we see the site, start to finish. You get the fixed number before any of it begins.
What this does not cover
Ongoing content writing after launch, and paid advertising management. Both are available separately and neither is bundled in to pad the number.
Because pretending otherwise would mean padding the fixed tiers to cover the worst case. You would pay for someone else's forty page site. The inspection tells us the real scope and then the number is fixed like the others.
Three to four weeks is typical. The variable is almost never the build. It is how quickly the interview and the photos happen, and that part is on your calendar rather than ours.
Run the free inspection. It takes about 30 seconds, needs no email, and it is what the recommendation is built from. If a cheaper tier will do, we will tell you that.
