Who we build for

Websites for auto shops and dealers

This is a trust business more than a car business. Every customer arrives half expecting to be overcharged, and the site either settles that or confirms it.

What goes wrong on these sites.

01

No idea what anything costs

Not a price list, a starting point. An oil change from, a diagnostic fee, an hourly rate. Silence here reads as whatever we think we can get.

02

Nothing about the wait

Can I wait, is there a loaner, will you drive me home. These decide which shop gets the booking far more often than the brand of tyre you stock.

03

The specialisms are hidden

European, diesel, hybrid, fleet, out of province inspections. People search the specific thing, and a page that just says full service auto repair matches none of those searches.

04

Reviews are not on the site

You have collected years of them on Google and the site never shows one. In a category people are suspicious of, that is the strongest asset you own going unused.

Shops that publish a starting price and answer the wait question out-book the ones that make you phone to find out, every time.

Questions we get from this industry.

Do people really book car repairs online?

They book the appointment, not the repair. The job is to let someone say what they drive, what the noise is and when they can drop it off. Quoting happens after you have seen it, and a site that pretends otherwise just creates arguments at the counter.

Should we show prices for common jobs?

For the fixed ones, yes. Oil changes, brake pads, tire swaps and inspections have known prices and are exactly what people search. Publishing them wins the search and ends the phone call that was only ever about price.

How much do reviews matter for a shop?

More than almost any other trade. Auto repair is a trust purchase from strangers who are worried about being oversold. Pull your Google reviews onto the site automatically rather than pasting screenshots that go stale and look staged.

See what yours is doing wrong.

We build for auto shops and dealers across BC, the Greater Toronto Area and the rest of Canada. Two ways in: a quick onsite audit in 30 seconds with no email required, or a handwritten audit back to you within 48 hours. Both are free and both are yours to keep.
